Disability refers to any activity limitation or restriction from participation to society experienced by a person because of a substantial, long-term or permanent impairment of one or more physical, sensory, mental, cognitive or psychic function. For example, disability can affect hearing, vision, speech, mobility, agility, learning capacity, memory, psychism and development, or be associated with pain.
